    Will work closely with Executive Leadership team on as needed basis providing day-to-day legal advice and counsel while performing a variety of legal work with a primary focus on drafting and negotiating contracts.


    • Provide advice and counsel on a wide range of contracts including reviewing and negotiating agreements as related to clients, third party vendors, employment, NDA, contractors, licensing and others;
    • Research and draft legal memoranda and agreements on selected issues arising in connection with ongoing business;
    • May include assisting with and creating governance and compliance policies, acquisition due diligence, intellectual property issues, employment, labor and benefits matters, and litigation;
    • Provide legal counsel on variety of issues for on-going business;
    • Research and anticipate unique legal issues that could impact the company;
    • Advise on contract status, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with different deals


    • An advanced degree (J.D.) from an accredited law school
    • A minimum of three to five years of experience with a law firm or in-house handling general corporate matters including drafting, reviewing and negotiating client and vendor contracts and employment matters
    • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization
    • Ability to work collaboratively with team, prioritize and manage simultaneous tasks, meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment, and handle sensitive and confidential matters
